Providing solar power to island residents who can not afford to energize their homes. Powering up Guam is a project to assist low to moderate income families throughout the island through renewable solar energy by providing "stand-alone" off-grid solar power generation capability to the home. Primary target group would be families not serviced by local power living in ranches and land trust properties. Elderly and and disabled are also included.?
