Meet our little Oscar. He was rescued from a high kill animal shelter where he found himself after being dumped by his "owners". We took Oscar in to our rescue in hopes to find him a forever home but once we had him we couldnot let go..

We found that his eyesight was much worse than predicted, almost 0 blind. To make matters worse for this poor guy, after seeing the doctor for a persisent cough we discovered that he had a partially collapsed trachia which can be very extremely life threatening if not cared for properly. To top it all of he also has chronic ear infections which he will more than likely need drops for every day for the rest of his life just because of someone's cold hearted disregard for his medical needs.

Now there's nothing much we can do about some of his health issues BUT there is hope for his eyes! And we must act quickly before the condition becomes more severe and he develops painful cataracts. The Vet predicts that with surgery Oscar can gain nearly all of his sight back! Can you imagine what a gift that would be for such a young boy that's led such a ruff life?
